Armando was founded in 1967 and is one of the earliest pizza shops, which helped establish the Windsor pizza in the neighbourhood. In Windsor/Essex County, Armando is regularly rated #1, with our company chef receiving the Canadian Chef of the Year title (open division) at the Canadian Pizza Summit in Toronto in 2018, and he recently was awarded best pizza honours for 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016. In the open international pizza tournament in Las Vegas, Armando’s Pizza was the number3 player in the world stage.Wherever you are in your appetite, Armando goes beyond traditional Windsor pizzas and creates a wide range of pizza styles and configurations, with hand-held, thin crust, deep dish, premium Galati cheese, a range of fresh toppings, cured and traditional ingredients, our own armando 100 percent Vegan cheese.
