Parents John and Leah McNicholl, who owned Idaho Pizza Company in 1998, were among the initial franchisees. Cantrell began working as a bus boy for a California pizza restaurant at the age of 16… A successful franchisee for several years, he decided to launch his own business, Idaho Pizza Company. There are 16 restaurants in Idaho that are part of the franchise, and over 300 people are employed. Idaho Pizza Company locations are proof that Don knows what it takes to be successful in this market, since he has been in the pizza business for many years!
