Eddie McStiff’s Brew Pub Menu
In the middle of the little fading desert town, Eddie Snyder, Mike McTigue and Steve „Stiff” Patterson intended to create the microbrew slash pub. This vision needs to be adopted. The restaurant king of Moab was Eddie McStiff’s first law brewery in Moab and the third in Utah on St. Patrick’s Day in 1991. We have been since then. Eddie McStiff’s is famous for the family oriented, energyful atmosphere and friendly personnel. Fresh burgers of 1/2 lb and fine pizzas, sizzling steaks, and handmade cocktails are only a beginning at our full-service restaurant and bar!
