This is our storey. Our motto at The Palm is simple: treat visitors like family, deliver amazing food, and always go above and beyond. When Pio Bozzi and John Ganzi launched the first Palm in New York City in 1926, they established this idea. The first Palm restaurant was founded in 1926 by Italian immigrants Pio Bozzi and John Ganzi. It was initially going to be called La Parma, but a local licence clerk mistook the founders’ heavy Italian accent. It was easier for the owners to alter the name than it was to obtain the licence reissued.
