Shane is dedicated to his work and is determined to create this the city’s most talked-about themed restaurant! Shane specialises in a wide range of ethnic cuisines, with an emphasis on Italian food and Australian barbecue in recent years. Sumana, his wife, not only handles the administration but also prepares delights in the kitchen and confectionery.
