Mimi’s Cafe Menu
Mimi’s Bistro + Bakery (previously Mimi’s Café) is a restaurant franchise in the United States that has 48 locations throughout 12 states. Following 36 years in Tustin, California, the company’s headquarters were relocated to Dallas, Texas in 2014. It serves French and American cuisine and has a French flavour and décor. In December 1978, Arthur J. Simms, his son Thomas Simms, Brian Taylor, and Paul Kurz (who oversaw the commissary at MGM Studios in the 1950s) founded the first Mimi’s Cafe in Anaheim, California. In July 2004, Bob Evans Farms, Inc. paid USD$182 million for the Mimi’s Cafe restaurant business (owned by SWH Corporation). Mimi’s Cafe was sold to Groupe Le Duff’s US subsidiary, which also owns Mimi’s Bakery.
