We got a fully accredited B Corp (Benefit Corporation) in 2016. B corporations are required by law to take into account the impact of their actions on their employees, suppliers, community, consumers, and the environment. It is our belief that the way we do business can affect the world for the better.
We pledged in 2020 to solve the twin global problems of climate change and justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. We joined hundreds of businesses in the B Corp network in promising to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions to zero by 2030, 20 years ahead of the Paris Agreement’s 2050 objectives. While our company’s purpose has always embraced the principles of Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI), we are now working to take these values to a new level across our whole organisation and supply chain.
