Gabriel Rucker, a James Beard Award-winning chef, is slated to build a third restaurant in Portland this year, directly next door to his 12-year-old East Burnside institution Le Pigeon, with Le Pigeon’s co-owner and wine director Andy Fortgang also joining the ownership group. Indoor and outdoor tables, as well as the chef’s counter, require reservations. Prepayment is required for our 5-course tasting menu. The cost is $125 per person. The menu changes with the seasons, but the most up-to-date version will always be available online.
