Koreana Menu
A traditional Korean dinner includes a bowl of rice, a bowl of soup or stew, and a variety of side dishes. Koreans have a variety of methods for preserving vegetables and wild greens for lengthy preservation, but they also value raw fish and raw meat dishes, which make up 99 percent of all Korean cuisine. Soy sauce, garlic, onions, gochujang, and sesame oil are all used in this dish. When it comes to seasoning, it’s really just throwing water, ingredients, and gochujang together. Dishes of beef, pig, and chicken are either simply fried, seasoned with additional gochujang, or not at all seasoned.
South Korean cuisine is incredible, but if I had to pick just one dish to eat over and over, it would have to be kimchi jjigae. I’m not alone; it’s one of Seoul’s most popular everyday dishes, as well as one of the most cheap full-course dinners.
