Welcome to the Rib Shack Barbecue restaurant in Kansas City. For almost a decade, New Hampshire’s favourite BBQ. Our passion at KC’s Rib Shack is delivering the best hickory-smoked ribs and BBQ in the world. Our cuisine and outstanding service are two things we take very seriously. There will be no white tablecloths here; instead, you’ll sit at butcher paper-covered tables under the Christmas lights, wiping our handmade BBQ sauces from your face with a roll of paper towels. Our Southern-style Barbeque, also known as Bar-B-Que, Bar-B-Cue, simply Q, or Q, is seasoned with our unique blend of dry rubs and grilled without sauce. It’s then chopped to order and cooked right in our smokers, which are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
