Jose Pepper’s has been providing Mexican and American meals for over 28 years. We have grown to 14 sites in the City of Kansas, Summit of Lee and Belton (Missouri), and the Wicita, Topeka, Overland, Shawne, Olathe and Mission region, Kansas, from the first store at 103th & Metcalf in Overland Park.
In order to produce a nice appearance that would turn your mouth wet, we utilise high quality fresh ingredients. And the aromas? Unbelievable! For the unparalleled flavour of our trademark Pollo Magnifico, a baked chicken tortilla coated with a breadcrumb of Colby Jack and Jalapeno Cream Cheese, people come back again and again. And we have a unique blend of spinach, jalapeño cheese, take-away and onion all across our Midwestern region for the creamy delight of our famous Espinaca dip.
Our premium margaritas are renowned, for they are created with natural lemon and lime juices, organic agave nectar and agave tequila, signed by Jose Pepper. Try the classic JoseRita, combined with the mixture of tequila and margarita from Jose’s reposado, or Lo Carb Rita, or the Margarita Super Premium prepared with Patrón Citrón.
