Jacala Menu
Jacales are tiny clay houses that are made by hand. Despite its modest look, the time and effort that goes into hand-crafting your house is a precious experience.
And the Quiones family must have recognised the significance of establishing a location that seems like home since they named their restaurant after a “pueblito” in Mexico called Jacala — “el lugar de jacales” (the land of jacales).
“We’ve had a lot of repeat customers who have grown up in this restaurant with us. Lucille Hooker, co-owner and daughter of original proprietors Rudolph and Adel Quiones, stated, “The restaurant is like home to them.”
