J Finnegan’s Menu
Finnegan’s Farm is a family run agriculture business of the 5th generation.
Eddie Finnegan established it in the end of the 1970s has gone a long way. At that time Eddie was mostly focused on silage, laminating and hedge cutting as agricultural contractor. Together with his wife Marie, Eddie laboured from a first 13ac base to a large 250ac farm day and night.
In the early 1990s Eddie planned an experimental experiment with 30 acres of potatoes. This is how Eddie succeeded in pommes of paper increasing and greatly expanding the firm in the next few years.
