Brazilian gauchos have a profound understanding of high-quality meat, slaughtering procedures and unique cutting skills. Picanha, the Fogo de Chão’s trademark steak, is the highest coveted cut among all churrascarias in Brazil. Our entire experience in Churrasco is our price-fixed menu that continuously involves serving our tables with fire roasted meats made by skilled gaucho chefs in Brazil, including home specialities such as Picanha (Sirloin signature), Filet Mignon, Ribeye, Fraldinha (Brazilian sirloin, Lamb), etc. Some options are healthier than others within the assortment of meat and fish. Parmesan cheese is provided by Pork Line with only 90 calories per 1,9-unce serving and three grammes fat. And just 85 calories and 2 grammes of fat are available in the pork chop.
