Fig & Olive Menu
Our journey starts in the Mediterranean where fig trees and olive trees represent peace. Every year, the founder and proprietor of Fig & Olive Restaurants in New York and California, Laurent Halasz, travels to his home for children in France, on the French Rhine, to take scenic walks and inspire his mother’s kitchen. At FIG & OLIVE’s heart is a philosophy that begins. He’s taking us on a mediaeval hilltop village tour here.
