Fasta Pasta Menu
In a rather unrepeatable site on Pirie Street in the centre of Adelaide, on 5 April 1984, three local Italian restaurateurs founded a tiny pasta restaurant. In just ten years this small Italian eatery became a prominent local Italian restaurant franchise — Fasta Pasta.
The company will continue to have the same ownership structure. Nino Pollina and Jim Rinaldi, together with their partners, will continue to manage the company, and the company will continue to be founders – George Belperio, Walter Ventura, Jane Hanna, Bruno Donato and Mary Donato. The secret to the success of Fasta Pasta is partly due to its unique, fresh pasta. Many competitors use dry spaghetti from Fasta Pasta
