Famous Original Ray’s Pizza Menu
History. In 1959, on 27 Prince Street in Little Italy, Ralph Cuomo founded the first Ray’s Pizza named after his nickname “Raffie.” He had short a 2nd Ray Pizza in the 1960s, however he sell it in 1964 to Rosolino Mangano. Mangano maintained that name and afterwards claimed his was the first.
