Famous Dave’s Menu Bar-B-Que in Hayward, Wisconsin was the first chain restaurant.It was destroyed by fire in the morning of 3 November 2014.But the last year Famous Dave has shrunk. During the same era, the brand shuttered 14 sites or almost 10% of its restaurants. Crivello, who became Chief Executive Officer in November 2017, looks to be taking a few bold moves to recover sales.
In November 1995, Famous Dave’s won first position in Kansas City, in the canton of Missouri – the biggest and most renowned barbecue event in the world – for her Rich & Sassy® barbeque sauce.
Real Urban BBQ, a restaurant in café-style which BBQ Holdings acquired in 2020, prompted the entry into line services of Famous Dave.
The new model offers the same quality as Famous Dave’s cuisine, but “a smoother customer experience and reduced overhead,” claimed Famous Dave.Well-known American Dave’s, Inc. The famous Dave’s of America is the barbecue chain, which serves pig ribs, chicken meat, brisket and a variety of grilled aromas mostly situated in the Midwest of America.
