El Gaucho Menu
Founded with Paul Mackay, El Gaucho is presently run by Chad Mackay, its son’s CEO. Each of the five sites is based on Paul’s original concept and aims to offer customers a distinct and unique service meeting – one which takes every single detail to the entire experience as a key factor. In 2014, after spending nine years as the Managing Director of Gaucho, Restaurateur Martin Williams created M Restaurants – which has three branches. When it was bought by the companies Investec and SC Lowy, he returned last year to lead Gaucho. Now a reincarnation in the story-style restaurant: El Gaucho has been moving to Belltown after more than 20 years at First and Wall.
