El Farol Menu
The cantina was owned and operated by the Vigil family well into the mid-twentieth century. In 1963, it was sold and subsequently rechristened El Farol. Maybe it is quite well believed that El Farol is the oldest restaurant in New Mexico as the continuity of having a restaurant in the same place. Best recognised for the inventive menu for tapas, El Farol has transformed Santa Fe and New Mexico’s dining with tapas such as Pollo Curry, an easy to remove cold chicken salad, and Gambas al Ajillo, lime and madera shrimp.
