In 1968 our beautiful El Bizcocho was enlarged to include 151 guest rooms. Guests and residents alike enjoyed a famous fine-dining experience. Chefs like Gavin Kaysen and Patrick Ponsaty have strengthened their talents in the kitchen of El Biz and have been faithful. Together with GavinKaysen, brilliant and ambitious Chef de Cuisine, El Bizcocho is located within the historical Rancho Bernardo Inn.
