Egg’septional Cafe Menu :
The brainchild of Nguyen Van Giang was first created in Hanoi in 1946. Giang whisked egg as a much needed replacement for bartenders at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hotel, in response to pressures because to a milk shortage caused by the French War (also known as the First Indochina World War). Yes, you read it properly, eggs! You read it right! In 1946 it was invented in the name of joe because there was a lack of milk from a French war. Cà phê tr serving coffee was invented in 1946. During wartime in Vietnam, Nguyen Van Giang was a bartender at the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hotel.
