Daniel’s Broiler Menu
Daniel’s was founded in 1980 by Dan Sandal, a veteran of the Seattle restaurant scene. His grandpa, Dan Zido, and a partner opened Ziegler & Zido, a meat market in what is now Pike Place Market’s IL Bistro. One of America’s best steakhouses, Daniel’s Broiler, offers casually sophisticated dining with breathtaking vistas. USDA Prime steaks, seafood, chicken, and veal are on the menu, which is complemented by an extensive, award-winning wine selection.
The apartment is on the 21st floor. Schwartz Brothers Restaurants owns and operates a variety of full-service restaurants and food-service businesses, mostly in the Seattle region.
