Daniel Thiebaut, the legendary chef and restaurateur, is planning massive upgrades… Chef Daniel is known for his superb tasting epicurean cuisine preparations and accepted a position at Glasgow’s renowned Central Hotel one day. Several of his famous and expensive dishes have been recalled during this summer of economic turmoil. Chef Daniel is well-known for his delectable epicurean cuisine. During this summer of economic transition, a couple of his well-known and expensive meals have been reduced in price. In 1998, Chef Thiebaut purchased the ancient Chock Inn Store and spent the next two years repairing it to create “Old Hawaiian Charm.”
