Bruegger’s Menu
Brügger’s is known for real New York bagels cooked fresh all day long at 300 sites in 26 states, the District of Columbia and Toronto. Bagels’ co-founder Nordahl Brue and Suzanne Brue’s wife, Vermont Business Magazine, have donated 1,5 billion dollars to the New England Historic Genealogical Society (NEHGS) to provide visitors from every corner of the world with a learning centre for families history. Their cream fromage is denser and more rigid than other cream cheeses, so it remains on a heated bagel. They are produced 100% using fresh ingredients, including as vegetables and walnuts, that have been preserved crisp without preservatives in Vermont.
