Bravo is a supermarket in chain that is born in Krasdale, a distribution business based in New York that has been operating since 1908. Krasdale was the outcome of a smaller local foodstuff movement that was combined with larger food chains. Bravo Food Service is a family-owned company which started operations in 1991. Bravo Foods sells a vast array of goods from fresh to frozen to canned and now also has a large range of restaurant equipment. The restaurant business, Earl Enterprises which runs the brands Planet Hollywood and Buca di Beppo, among others, today announced, on 11 June, the acquisition of Food First Global Restaurants’ property of Brio and Bravo for rehabilitation of bankruptcy in April.
