Bengal Cafe Menu
Bengali cuisines are the cuisine of Bengal, Bangladisia and West Bengal, Tripura and Assam Barak Valley. The Bengali area is located in the eastern portion of the Indian subcontinent. Fish, meat, vegetables and rice grains as a mainstay are emphasised. Many traditional Bengali foods derive from social events like adda or Mezban. Bengali food has many different flavours and is widely renowned for spreading its candy and sweets. It is the unique traditional multi-race tradition of Indian cuisine that is comparable in form to current French-style service à la russe, and serves food in courses.
