Assaggio has a genuine flavour of Ancona — a little Adrian coastal hamlet where Mauro resided, and one of the most well-preserved epicurean secrets in Italy.Mauro still believes in the Italian way of sourcing, utilising the best local handcrafted products at the height of its freshness, from individuals he knows about the Puget Sound, to catch tastes that keep its history genuine.
