In the year 1963, on a Boston Harbor pier, Athanas built his first restaurant, Anthony’s Pier 4. The restaurant has become an immediate success with worldwide recognition and prizes. The Anthony Pier 4 was the tallest restaurant of its kind in the United States in a matter of brief years.The 9.5 hectare site at 130-140 Nordhern Ave. bought by New York-based property development company Tishman Speyer in December 2014 for a $70,000,000 combined and projected an office with a 353,000 square metres and a 9-story condominium structure with 100 units.
