Angus Beef Steakhouse Menu:

In central London Angus Steakhouse is a series of steak houses restaurants. There were around 30 outlets in 2001; five are still operating in July 2020. Angus cattle are highly sought for beef production as, thanks to a natural inclination to marble, they produce exceptionally soft and flavoured meat.

Cattle breeds distribute their fats throughout their flesh in two ways: thickly layered on the outside (not resembling the ducks) or marbled on little spots.1 Grade of selection In general, certified Angus beef is better than an ordinary beef selection cup. The Steakhouse Angus is comprised of 100% pure, savoury Black Angus meat cooked with fire. In a brioche bun topped with bacon, cheddar, onions, salt, mayo and deep smokey BBQ sauce.
