Abruzzl Menu:

The traditional cuisine of Abruzzo is eclectic, drawing on pastoral, mountain, and coastal cuisine. Staples of Abruzzo cuisine include bread, pasta, meat, cheese, and wine. The isolation which has characterized the region for decades has ensured the independence of its culinary tradition from those of nearby regions.The Montepulciano d’Abruzzo rot, which is made of the Montepulciano grape, distinguishes itself from the Sangiovese grape which is created by the Tuscan Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.You may try ricotta and pecorino from the region when you visit to Abruzzo. When you eat moderately, you will not have much to feel content with, but will fit nicely into a healthy balanced diet and with the newly made cheeses in the region.
